Ana Lé de Matos
A Law graduate from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, with legal practice between 1996 and 1999, Ana complemented her education with postgraduate studies in Corporate Legal Advisory (ISG) and Management at Nova SBE. Her career is marked by the creation and development of transformative projects in education and management. Over more than two decades, she has built a leadership path that combines legal rigor, strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset, with strong experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, negotiating with institutional stakeholders and defining sustainable growth strategies.

Sandra Brito Pereira
A Law graduate from the University of Lisbon, with a Master's in Business Management from Nova University Lisbon and a PhD in Organizational Psychology from ISPA, with academic work completed at the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and Columbia University (NY, USA). Her career spans several industries—transportation, hospitality and tourism, food retail and banking—primarily in leadership, recruitment and talent management. She has also developed an academic career, teaching People Management at Nova SBE and at the Estoril Higher Institute for Hospitality and Tourism.
